Born and raised in Naples, Florida, Todd Pierce is a proud third-generation pool builder with a lifelong passion for designing and building custom pools. With decades of hands-on experience, he is committed to exceptional craftsmanship, honest communication, and delivering a building experience that exceeds expectations. Todd believes every project should be treated as if it were going into his own backyard, ensuring every client receives the highest level of quality and care. When he’s not on a job site, he enjoys fishing, coin collecting, and spending time with his two grandchildren—with another grandchild on the way. For Todd, building pools isn’t just a business—it’s a family tradition and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces where families will make memories for years to come.

Born and raised in Naples, Florida, I’ve been in the pool industry since I was 18, gaining hands-on experience in every phase of custom pool construction. Those years taught me that building a great pool is about more than craftsmanship—it’s about honesty, communication, accountability, and treating every client with respect. At Olde Naples Custom Pools, my goal is simple: build every project as if it were going into my own backyard. That means doing things the right way, never cutting corners, and providing our clients with confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. When I’m not on a job site, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our three daughters, and our dogs while enjoying the Southwest Florida lifestyle. Helping families create beautiful outdoor spaces they’ll enjoy for years to come is more than a job—it’s a passion.
